By accessing or using Sub Animate, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Sub Animate provides you with a subtitle styling and local video rendering platform. You must authenticate using a valid Google account to log in and use our dashboard functions.

2. Account Verification & License Key

Access to our subtitle editor dashboard is subject to verification. Users must enter a valid License Key mapped to their email address. Distributing, reverse engineering, or exploiting this license key generation mechanism is strictly prohibited.

3. Credits and Usage Fair Play

Verified accounts are granted daily-refreshing download credits. Credits are deducted based on the number of subtitle lines compiled into downloaded videos (1 credit per subtitle line). Bypassing or manipulating the credit consumption counter is grounds for permanent account suspension.

4. User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the videos, audios, and subtitle files you upload and render in Sub Animate. Because all media processing is done client-side (locally in your browser), you are solely responsible for ensuring your media does not infringe any copyrights or local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Sub Animate be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.
